Every field below is marked optional at registration. Skipping them does not limit your access to ICIDO, and you can add, change or remove them at any time. They are kept while your account exists, or until you remove them.

Created automatically by the account system

Record	Purpose
Account identifier	A generated ID that links your profile and consent records.
Account role	Every standard account is created with the role “User”, granted automatically.
Consent records	Which document versions you accepted, and the exact time you accepted them.
Security log	Account events — created, signed in, signed out, profile updated, consent accepted, password reset. Kept for a limited period, then deleted.
Registration progress	A saved draft, so you can leave registration part-way through and resume it.

What we never collect

Medical diagnoses, conditions, or clinical records
Disability certifications or assessments
Any special-category health data
Payment or card details — ICIDO is free and takes no payment
Your scans, maps, waypoints, rooms, buildings, trails or heat maps
Camera or LiDAR imagery
Precise or continuous location tracking
Contacts, photo library, calendar, or messages
Advertising identifiers, or third-party trackers

Your scans are not part of this

Everything you create by scanning — maps, tagged spots, rooms, buildings, trails and heat maps — is stored on your iPhone only. It is not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not readable by us. It leaves your device only if you choose to share a .spacemap file.

Who can see your data

You — all of your own profile, any time, from your account page.
Administrators — aggregate reporting only: totals, registration trends over time, and counts by country and region. Access is restricted and logged.
Service providers — cloud hosting and email delivery, processing data only on our instructions.
Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising.

Control and deletion

From inside the app you can review and edit your profile, change your communication preferences, remove optional information, request a copy of your data, and delete your account. Deleting your account erases your profile and consent records; anonymous aggregate counts that cannot identify you may remain in our totals.

Changes

If what we collect changes, the version, effective date and identifier at the top will change, and you will be asked to review and accept the new version.
